Cancellation Policy

If you fail to pay the £40 non refundable deposit for your appointment then you understand that this appointment will not be held for you and may be filed by another person who has paid a deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment then you risk not being seen and having to rebook with another deposit of £40

A non refundable booking fee (deposit) will be taken for all future appointments. This can be payable by bank transfer, cash in person or the online booking system. Your deposit will be taken off your final payment on the day of the treatment.

You understand that the Medics Aesthetics Clinic has a strict no refunds policy due to the simple fact of being self employed. This means that under no circumstances will a refund be granted and by booking any appointments you take full responsibility and accept this.

By booking your appointment(s), you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions. You are accepting responsibility and will not hold Medics Aesthetics Clinic accountable for any allergies/ reactions/ harm caused prior to any treatment performed at Medics Aesthetics Clinic.

You confirm that when booking any treatment you are or are over the age of 18. If under the age of 18 you can only attend to discuss skin conditions and this must be with a legal guardian with their consent.

I hereby authorise Michelle Jenner-Bolton to perform upon myself a cosmetic or/and medical enhancement. If any unforeseen conditions arise during the course of the procedure(s), I further request her to use her full judgement and do whatever she deems advisable and necessary in the circumstances.

I understand that the Medics Aesthetics Clinic has the right to refuse any treatment to any patient for any reason.
