THE BENEFITS OF CHEMICAL PEELS

  • Chemical peels are cosmetic treatments that use a chemical solution to exfoliate the outer layers of the skin, promoting cell turnover and revealing smoother, rejuvenated skin underneath.

  • The aim of chemical peels is to improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, fade acne scars, and brighten the complexion by removing dead skin cells and stimulating new skin growth.

  • A Chemical Peel treatment appointment lasts roughly around 30 minutes to an hour.

  • The results of a chemical peel can last from a few months to over a year, depending on the type of peel and individual skin care maintenance.

  • Each person's pain tolerance is different therefore there isn't a definitive answer to this question - however most people find this treatment to be mild to moderate.
